CrossFit Class
Our CrossFit Class was created to provide a 60-minute constantly varied class. CrossFit aims to provide a detailed timeline. to optimize every minute of the hour. It is not only an effort to lose body fat and maintain lean muscle mass, but to be able to sustain the ability to play pickup basketball with our grandchildren someday.

CrossFit Kids & CrossFit Teens Classes
CrossFit Kids & CrossFit Teens is an exciting and fun way for kids and teens to exercise and learn healthy lifestyle habits. It is an engaging and welcoming atmosphere for your Kids and Teens to stay interested and motivated.

Forging Fitness for 50 and older
This class was designed for those who are 50 or older (men&women), want to improve overall health, want structure, want to do things the right way and maintain a healthy lifestyle routine. Improve: Strength, Mobility, Form and Cardiovascular health.

Forging Foundations
This class is intended to provide the tools to greatly improve whichever skills we decide to put our focus on. We teach proper scaling options, how to incorporate those into upcoming classes, when to start scaling up, and drills to improve technique. (These classes are catered to both beginner as well as advanced/elite level CrossFitters.)
